INYC is well equipped with traditional and conventional naturopathy treatment facilities such as hydrotherapy (hip bath, spinal spray, foot bath, etc.), mud therapy (full body application, mud packs, etc.), steam therapy (full body steam chamber, local steam applications, etc.), naturopathy and Swedish massage, shirodhara, nagod shek, enema, etc. as explained below. We have special programs to train our treatment technicians to meet our quality standards and protocols.


Full-tub Bath/ Jacuzzi Bath

Immersing the body in water, except the head, at set temp for a duration offers full tub bath benefits. Reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, relieves muscle soreness, and enhances sleep quality. Jacuzzi baths, with warm water and massaging jets, offer luxury and relaxation. Jets target body areas, like a massage, easing tension and stiffness. Also improves skin and eliminates toxins.

Hip Bath

Immerse your lower abdomen, genitals, and upper thighs in water for therapeutic benefits. Add extra advantage by holding a napkin and gently rotating it clockwise around the umbilicus and genitals. This enhances stamina, strengthens digestion, and aids in liver and kidney issues. Beneficial for Prostatitis, PCOD, infertility, and menstrual problems.

Spinal Bath

The specialized Spinal Spray technique involves a gentle massage, delicately spraying water columns on the spinal cord and surrounding areas. Mud Therapy

Here mud paste is applied on the bare skin all over the body and allowed to dry for several minutes. Steam Therapy

Swedish Massage

Nagod Shek/Potli Shek
