Stress Management Programs

The main emphasis of the stress management programs would be to eliminate the causes of stress, fatigue and burnout, and thus reduce or eliminate the stress, through naturopathy treatments (such as relaxation massage, Shirodhara, Spinal spray, etc.)  and yogic techniques (such as sukshamakriya, asana, pranayama and yogic deep relaxation) and therapeutic counselling.
